About
I’m an APOE4/4 carrier, entrepreneur, wife, mother, grandmother, and lifelong problem solver. When I learned that I carry two copies of the APOE4 gene, I made a decision to understand as much as I could about this gene risk.
This site is the result of an 8 year journey. It brings together the biomarkers, strategies, therapies, devices, research, and lessons I’ve accumulated actively working to preserve brain health and extend healthspan.
Everything here reflects my personal experience, ongoing research, and conversations with healthcare professionals. My goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you ask better questions and build a prevention strategy that works for you.
